Jennifer Edmonds is a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and certified nutrition professional, dedicated to helping clients achieve sustainable health through personalized strategies and lasting lifestyle changes. As the owner of Jenn Edmonds Coaching, she supports individuals on their wellness journey through one-on-one coaching, small group sessions, and corporate wellness partnerships.
With a compassionate, results-driven approach, Jennifer empowers clients to take control of their health by focusing on nutrition, movement, accountability, and mindset. Whether working with busy professionals or women navigating midlife transitions, she creates a supportive environment that fosters real transformation.
Outside of coaching, Jennifer enjoys traveling, live music, and skiing with her husband of 23 years. She’s also a proud mom of two and shares her home (and heart) with a darling miniature schnauzer.
